Loads of fun at Allcott with the Festival Chic Wedding Fayre
Posted on October 31st 2015
Well it's been a while since we have posted and even longer since we were at a wedding fayre and we chose to start it off by taking part in a truly fab one.
Generally I love a good wedding fayre and the Vintage Chic Wedding Fayres we have done in the past have been brilliant with loads of fun nattering to brides and grooms and this one was no exception. The fayre was a Festival themed fayre with an all outside venue through Allcott Weddings a beautiful setting that you can completely tailor make to suit your ideal outdoor wedding (I wish I had known about this unique venue before).
We had some brand new examples to showcase and had such lovely feedback from everyone we spoke to on the day. It was really great to speak to so many and see that even our new painted cakes went down really well.
For the fayre itself I had some very talented neighbours including some stunning photography. However I rather stupidly didn't pick up their cards or manage to take photo's that included their branding #cakebrain (so sorry guys) but some of the other amazing exhibitors included:
We had a good natter with the lovely Sharon Cannon Make Up Artist
Truly stunning vintage prop hire and detail sourcing from Another story Studio
Vintage Belles who had a gorgeous set up of gorgeous belle tents with examples like a honeymoon tent, a kids tent etc.
The brilliant Wedding Crashers who serenaded us and all the guests throughout the day.
Elite Tents gave a beautiful setting and a very inviting offer to warm up by the fire in a stunning tent/tipi/tentperfection
Silent Noise - perfect for outdoor events.
Kitty's Bakehouse offered very scrummy delights and beuatiful naked cakes.
We can't forget Deckerdence Bus Bar & Marquee - I have never seen anything like that - A bus inside a marquee - bloody amazing! Make sure you check out their page as my photo just didn't do it justice and I didn't get a chance to see inside. In fact I've stolen a couple of their pics for you so you can see!
Our favourite though from the whole day had to be this adorable vintage caravan from Bluebelles. As you know I love a good paintjob and it was so pretty! What made it even better was that it's delights included traditional ice cream and crepes! Yum.
There were loads and loads of talented vendors there so please check out the Vintage Chic pages for loads more info as I have missed many. We had such a great day and loved speaking to so many people brides, grooms, mums, dads, sisters and even the odd adorable dog!
Check out the photo's below for some of our stand and the rest of the amazing day.
With love, Sarah x
